Established and profitable export fruit farm on tarred road in the scenic Bonnievale/Robertson area, Western Cape. The farm is situated two hours from Cape Town and one hour from the coast. The land consists of two adjoining farms with separate title deeds; 32.2 Ha and 26.7 Ha respectively. At present both farms are operated as a single production unit. The farms will be offered separately and as a whole. In addition to existing orchards, there is significant potential for further expansion with scheduled water from two irrigation schemes for 35.4 ha.
